QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
-University Degree in Material or Mechanical Engineering
-New graduated or maximum 1-2 years of plastic injection experience
-Good command of verbal and written English
-New graduated or maximum 1-2 years of plastic injection experience
-Good command of verbal and written English
-Preferably 3d programme knowledge
-Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and energetic
-Knowledge of Kaizen,5S ,SMED activities is preferred
-No travel restrictions
-No military obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
-Responsibility of injection machines and tools-Lead improvements in process quality and productivity
-Improve production line performance on quality/efficiency/ergonomics/safety
-Play active role to improve OEE and to reduce the scrap, guiding the studies that increase efficiency of process, exercising to decrease rates of waste, lost and re-operation
-Prepare and analyze process performance reports
-Analyze problems and create permanent solutions
-Ensures completion of PFMEA, process flow, control plan, work instruction and ensures all necessary resources (human, machine, floor space).
-Control and monitor standart operating procedures
-Conduct trainings for operator and setter on related systems

Less than 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed
