Planning Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

a. Making the weekly Production Plan, following it daily and sharing the plan changes with the relevant departments

b. Orientation of production managers and department leaders according to the production plan

c. Participating in SFM Logistics and Production meetings held within the scope of Shopfloor management

d. Performing line balancing studies in accordance with customer order changes, material supply plan and production personnel numbers

to. Calculation of short, medium and long term machinery and workforce capacities

f. Updating the capacity occupancy of existing and new projects on customer portals

g. Evaluation and planning of machine maintenance, mold maintenance project trial production plans with Production, Maintenance and Project department

h. Checking and correcting production label confirmations, waste entries, COGI report MTP (mid-term planning) tables

I. Transfers in the production area, label cancellations

j. Within the scope of SAP master data management, creating PP material master data, expanding material and BOM, making BOM changes

k. Recording the consumption amounts, cycle times, number of working operators and setup times in the bill of materials to the SAP system according to the information coming from the Production and Opex department

l. Providing operational level PP trainings to team leaders and Setters

QUALIFICATIONS:

University Graduate (Preferably Engineering Faculty) 

1-3 years (within the production process in the factory) 

Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing To be able to use the SAP management PP module as an ERP system

Good knowledge of English

MS Office knowledge 

Planning and organizational skills
