Mainetti is a global, industrial company serving to retail sector. For our future development plans we are looking for a Customer Servise Executive to support our local and international business in Sales and Marketing Department 

QUALIFICATIONS

 •Graduate in Business Administration or related topics

•Good understanding of Textile industry and Garment Packaging

•Committed to provide a high service level and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team

•Good in communication with sales team

• Strict in complying with procedures and regulations 

•Planned, organized and accurate

• Attentive to details

•Good in analytical skills and confident in working with numbers • Experienced in using office and software programs

• Fluent in both writing and speaking in English  

JOB DESCRIPTION 

•Responsible for the relevant key customer contact, relating to supply and demand issues, ensuring customer service performance and stock levels are optimised, 

•Coordinate with Sales any new product introduction and changes, communication with the customers,

•Establish and implement processes for the incorporation of customer promotion data into the system in cooperation with Demand Planning, 

 •Coordinate with Transportation, Operations, Planning and Manufacturing to ensure customer satisfaction levels are at an appropriate level,

 •Monitor all pricing to eliminate and reduce deductions on P.O’s
