Renault Mais is looking for a talented colleague for the "Purchasing Responsible" positon.

Job Description

• Takes part in purchasing processes of departments & branches and evaluates requests.

• Carries out the whole purchasing process for the supply of the demands at the desired price, quality and time.

• Reports the purchasing results and the performance of the process.

• Prepares tender documents.

• Conducts company research and prepares  pre-qualification evaluation reports of the companies.

• Investigates the compliance of the offers with the administrative and technical specifications and converts them into contracts if necessary.

• Follows the process until the delivery of the product after the tender.

• Conducts market research during contract renewal and price increase periods, prepares specifications and collects price offers.

• Prepares and reports suppliers’ performance evaluations throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree

• Fluent in English

• Experienced in customer and supplier management,

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
