General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related area
  • At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experienced in mass recruitment processes and have knowledge of Labor Law
  • Good level of English
  • Good level of MS Office applications
  • Have no travel restrictions
  • Experienced in team management
  • Possessing new generation leadership skills
  • Giving importance to organizational commitment and organizational goals
  • Taking initiative and decision making skills
  • Adaptable to change quickly
  • Have a customer-oriented service approach

(Applicants must live in İzmir or be able to move to İzmir)

Job Description:

  • ·       Executing and managing all Human Resources processes in the area of responsibility (recruitment, dismissal, disciplinary processes, employee relations, employee motivation, etc.),
  • ·       Being responsible for the development and follow-up of the human resources team under him/her,
  • ·       Managing employee relations and internal & external communication activities in line with communication strategies and objectives,
  • ·       To lead the efforts to increase employee loyalty in the units and regions where he/she is responsible,
  • ·       To represent the location he/she is responsible for in studies that will strengthen the employee experience,
  • ·       To carry out studies for the effectiveness and development of the HR systems used.
