Duties and Responsibilites

To perform treatments on guests whilst maintaining the guest’s comfort at all times.
Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each treatment
Keep work area clean and neat at all times.
Prepare Hammam area before treatment and ensure that it in a state of readiness at all times
Ensure Hammam area is clean before and after treatments take place
Follow all Standards and Procedures as taught by Treatment Supervisor.
To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa.
Report dysfunctional equipment to Treatment Supervisor
To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms
Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in spa suites throughout shift.
Perform all daily assigned spa therapist tasks.

Requirements

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Must possess appropriate licenses in massage and beauty therapy
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks. 
Must work in a safe, prudent and organized manner.
Must be a graduate from an accredited school with a massage, face and manicure/pedicure license or a combination license
Must have a commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to the Spa and hotel.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to network with contacts relevant to the Spa.
Must have technical awareness and knowledge of a wide variety of treatments particularly for the face and body.
