Finance and Office Specialist

Our global client is looking for a’'Finance and Office Specialist’' for their fast growing organization. (Location:Kadıköy/ İstanbul)

The position reports to General Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•        Working directly with the General Manager and keeping well informed of upcoming tasks and responsibilities, following up appropriately,

•        Managing daily banking operations,

•        Monitoring of monthly salary payments plans,

•        Planning and reporting the financial operations and processes approval of global invoices

•        Organizing product purchasing and budget negotiation processes with domestic suppliers,

•        Managing all company’s meetings and events, (Motivation activities, office happy hour activities, annual meetings, new year organizations etc.)

•        Ensuring that the selection of suppliers to work at the events is determined by the tender process, and following the event budgets,

•        Managing with building management for company’s administrative processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

•        Bachelor's degree,

•        Minumum 3 years work experience in a comparable position,

•        Advanced level of English

•        Preferably experience in finance and office management, prone to teamwork,

•        Good knowledge of MS-Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint

•        Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking,
