We are looking for a " Senior Analyst, HR Shared Services " for our leading client operating in technology sector.

Key Responsibilities
The HR OPS Senior Analyst will provide exceptional customer service whilst delivering HR admin support to all employees related to but not limited to on-boarding, off-boarding, data administration, benefits support and time & attendance. Act as senior point of contact towards business stakeholders and team members. As part of this role you will be required to take a lead role in HR projects.
You will be responsible for:
• Provide daily operational support for internal client group on record keeping, onboarding, off boarding, internal transfer, employment contract management (country specific), employee letters, employment certificates, visa support documentation, allowance changes and leave tool management. May also support country specific tools and systems.
• Streamline and simplify end-to-end HR operations processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee and manage a wide range of team members’ benefits administration/programs (i.e. medical/social benefits & claims, life and supplementary insurance, pension and allowances)
• Establish continuous improvement process, whereby performance translates directly into correction action plans and resulting improvements.
• Collaborate across HR functions and payroll to ensure accuracy of team members’ pay items.
• Ownership for records management for the entire employee population including both soft and hard copy.
• Project management -leading HR operational projects
• Stakeholder Relationship ¬- Partnership with HR & other business functions and act as main point of contact for escalations
• Analyse and evaluate data and reports, present findings & solutions to leadership
• The role of HR Senior Analyst will be to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes with local requirements and global policies
• Demonstrate excellent Presentation and communication skills to all stakeholders and leadership
Essential Requirements
o University degree – HR degree (preferable)
o Fluent English skills
o Microsoft Office package – experienced user
o Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
o Strong customer orientation
o Presentation skills
o Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability
o Attention to the detail, ability to work independently & organize daily priorities
o Ability to lead smaller group of team members
Desirable Requirements
o 2-4 years of working experience within HR administration
o Good knowledge of local labor legislation
o Wider HR knowledge across the EMEA region
o experience with similar HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow)
