Production Supervisor

We are looking for a "Production Supervisor" to join the team of our international client operating in forest industry.
 

• You have proven experience within a manufacturing environment, continuous batch processing and lean manufacturing are an advantage,
• You have excellent Local and intermediate English language skills, oral and written,
• You are good communicator at all levels and have a good foundation of interpersonal skills,
• You have good practical knowledge of Microsoft office packages, Word, excel etc.,
• You are motivated, ambitious and have problem solving skills,
• You have the ability to lead a production-based team in line with the our international client leader’s profile, values & behaviours and objectives.

İŞ TANIMI

• Overall responsibility for health and safety, quality, finishing efficiency and process development of local slitting terminal,
• Responsible for the implementation and achievement of local terminal objectives and targets related to Work safety, customer order progression, inventory situation and production performance,
• Responsible for the leadership, coaching and development of Terminal personnel aiming to achieve a safe, efficient and motivating workplace,
• Consult with other stake holders to ensure customer orders are delivered on time,
• Overall responsibility during any site evacuation, for all personnel on site and the initial contact with any emergency services that respond,
• Local contact for the firm functions for terminal operations related matters,
• Overall responsibility and authority for the Chain of Custody and ISO compliance for the local terminal,
• Perform all duties in full compliance of all laws, safety and environmental regulations, and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.
