We are seeking for a 'Sales Engineer' for our multinational client operating in industrial products.
• University degree or above with engineering background is must,
• Preferably Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical & Material Engineering,
• At least 3 years working experience in industrial sales,
• Premium brands selling experience is preference,
• Mechanical or Metallurgical engineering, Electronic knowledge is a plus ,
• PC skill is a must,
• Good command on Office Programs is must,
• Strong communication and presentation skills with good mechanical and technical aptitude,
• Ability to comfortably present and train large and small groups of people,
• Negotiation skill,
• Good English skill in reading & written and spoken is require,
İŞ TANIMI
• Perform SWOT analysis for responsible territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback,
• Aggressively exploit the responsible territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities,
• Plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, line trials, seminars, WTL, line audits, airline audits solution presentation etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order,
• Cooperate with customer and project team in customer projects, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values,
• Cooperate with marketing team in marketing activities and market analysis,
• Collaborate with service, project and marketing to achieve customer satisfaction,
• Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivables & over dues,
• Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers and MTBs,
• Report timely and accurately(monthly reports, CRM opportunity and activity inputs, weekly forecast file over C4C),
• Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior,
• Build and manage Distributor Alignment with company values throughout common visits, demo organizations and quarterly, DRM’s (Distributor Business Review Meeting) while ensure customer satisfaction,
• To develop and extend customer base and market share, promote company product & solution to achieve sales revenue target for General Industry (Metal Fabrication & Energy Segments),
