We are seeking a “Turkish Sales Manager” for our multinational clients

• At least 3 years in a sales and/or sales manager position,  within the measurement industry, industrial sensor industry, or similar
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree desired, or other technical degree.
• Strong ability to speak English and translate, to ensure proper communication with factory and non-Turkish speaking colleagues. 
• Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as writing.
• Strong ability to learn software, as the position entails interfacing equipment with Microsoft Windows and/or PLCs
• Strong skill in a Home Office work

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for achievement of order objectives in Turkey
• Responsible for sales and training of distributors and OEM accounts
• Responsible for all aspects of direct sales activity involving direct contact with customers and OEM.  Penetration to Automotive and High Precision Industry (ie. Bearing, aerospace, ect.) accounts
• Expected to have face to face contact with customers, with approximately 70% outside of home office. 
• Submission of order forecasts on monthly basis.
• Submission of weekly reports and annual action plans.
• Make sales calls and presentations to Turkish end users and decision makers, whose factories may be elsewhere in the world. 
• Manning of Exhibitions within Turkey, as well as following up of potential leads.
