Credit Control Supervisor(Temporary)

We are seeking for 'Credit Control Supervisor' to join into the team of our client, which is a  multinational company in medical sector.
 

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Economics, Business Administration or similar field. MBA is preferred,

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SAP,

• Excellent communication and interaction skills to deal with a wide variety of people,

• Excellent follow-up skills,

• No obligation of military service for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Conduct credit investigations; evaluate and review periodically the credit worthiness of customers to establish appropriate credit lines and payment terms in order to minimize the organization’s credit risk,

• Monitor the status of accounts regularly in order to identify the problematic accounts,

• Manage interactions and communication with the Business, FSSC credit & collection team and cash application team,

• Reconcile with customers in order to maintain accurate balances for timely collection,

• Develop proper activities & projects to improve free cash flow and reduce DSO level,

• Collaborate with cash application team to match payments with associated invoices and also resolve unidentified payments,

• Manage complex credit matters i.e. negotiating repayment plans,

• Ensure all necessary credit data is available and accurate in “Customer master data“ in SAP,

• Assist the Business and customers on what type of collateral is best and what level of security is appropriate,

• Monitor, control and coordinate validity and value of securities (BLG, Mortgage, Assignment of Receivables, Direct Debit),

• Support both internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with the requirements,

• Attend customer meetings in order to obtain current financial information and resolve the credit and collection issues if any,

• Start the legal actions when necessary and follow up the the cases afterwards,

• Ensure development and maintenance of internal controls in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley Act and the company policies.
