For the further growth of our office in Turkey, we are currently looking for a: Import Operation Specialist

POSITION

·        Dealing with customers request by responding in agreed service levels

·        Organizing all transportation activities with related shipments.

·        Ensuring the highest standard of customer service

·        Finds solutions for unapproved shipments by communicating with relevant product departments and shares shipment information with the customers.

·        Communicates with customer responsible when its necessary for the collection of client payment problems.

PROFILE

·        University Degree

·        Having  at least 3 year experience in Import operation of Ocean Freight in a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company

·        Fluent in English

·        Positive and Professional Attitude

·        Good knowledge of MS Office tools

·        Excellent relationship with suppliers.

·        Having analytical approach, being business & customer oriented

·        Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skill

·        No military obligation for male candidates.
