QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university.
- Excellent command of English,
- Min 3+ years of experience on International service operations, Airport Lounge or VIP Service experience is an asset,
- Being adaptive to multinational work environment,
- Ability to audit locations and operations according to set standards and report effectively on a standard template,
- Capability to manage projects in terms of desing, costing and outcome analysis,
- Demonstrated knowledge of current service industry trends,
- Comfortable providing direction and supervision to lounge staff and delivering trainings where needed,
- Willingness to go on duty travels frequently for short and mid-terms.
Participating in creation of operational service standards and Lounge Manual,
Documenting and uploading the Manual updates to the portal,
Conduction of random site visits and to check pre determined list of points on the spot,
- Reporting the site visit findings on a standard template along with the visuals to department manager,
- To Initiate Service and Product Update projects which require costing and best practise implementations, to create mailings and presenting it to department manager’s approval,
- Supporting the local teams on establishment of the new projects for operational aspects,
- Delivery of the required operational trainings,
- Providing Operational expertise to the related departments ( touch point design, lounge design guideline, startup management etc)
