Main purpose of the position:

• Organization, implementation and maintenance of the energy management system at the plant in order to improve energy efficiency, reduce energy consumption and costs, manage energy supply risks and reduce the load on the environment. 
• Continuous development and improvement of all components of EMS – energy management system function in accordance with ISO50001 standard including costs, systems, processes and staff development. Regular monitoring, measurement and analysis of energy consumption with identification of factors affecting consumption. Setting goals for large consumers. 
• Organization and participation in the development of plans on an ongoing basis, to achieve the goals. Ensuring the implementation of plans to reduce energy consumption. 
• Organization of control for compliance of all elements of the system with legal requirements. 
• Organization and conduction of internal audits of EMS. Organization and participation in the development of measures to prevent the appearance of problems, not standard or dangerous situations. 
• Assessment of reasonability of necessary investments aimed at improving energy consumption. 
• Organization of effective sharing and monitoring of the implementation of best practices. 
• Staff development of plants and department with the goal of obtaining competence sufficient for effective control of processes and operations within the EMS.  

Personal qualifications / competencies:

·      Higher technical education in energy

·      At least 5 years of experience in such positions as Chief Power Engineer or Project Manager for the implementation of EMS in consulting companies

·       Knowledge and competence in the field of energy management system construction in accordance with ISO50001

·       Experience and skills in creating and managing business processes,

·       Knowledge of heat engineering

·       Developed leadership competencies.

·       Knowledge of industry standards in the field of energy saving and best practices in the fat-and-oil industry

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, persuasion skills.

·       Knowledge of English

·       Experienced PC user, Microsoft Office

·       Desire to develop together with the company
