Market leading company

•      Bachelor’s degree from a university, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering

•      A minimum of 10 years experience Automotive sector

•      Excellent command of English both written and spoken

•      No travel restrictions, domestic and international

•      Ability to use Ms Office program,

•      For male candidates, military service should be completed,

•      Residence or able to reside in İzmit-Kocaeli

JOB DESCRIPTION

•      Develop and / or modify the product  in accordance with the customer expectations with cost save,  targeted time, quality and process improvement objectives (APQP - Advanced product Quality Planning & PPAP - Production Part Approval Process)

•      Support the headquarter’s research and development department , plant’s logistic, sales and quality departments during project developments,

•      Plan and manage design activities , develop prototypes in collaboration with plant process engineering and logistic departments,

•      Define the proper technical solutions to be applied on the product in accordance with the current company technologies,

•      Control the alignment between customer technical needs and the company business targets,

•      Manage internal and customer drawings under supervision of central technical office,

•      Collaborate customer projects with the headquarter Program Manager ,

•      Coordinate customer projects as the Program Manager,

•      Control project flows & documents on MRP system,

•      Collaborate with plant responsible for program follow up and reporting,

•      Manage engineering change releases (ODM & DEDM)

•      Verify validation plan for local program in collaboration with Materials & Components development managers,

•      Pursue the projects in accordance with the targets and permanent communication with the Plant Manager ,  E&D Director and Business Development Director
