QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor's degree in related field from university,
  • Min 7 years of  sales experience, 
  • Fluent in English,
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and networking skills,
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems creatively,
  • Understand customers management in terms of customer relationship management and customer service management,
  • Drive, self-motivated, high on achievement; result-oriented, able to work under pressure,
  • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships and work in a team-orientated environment,
  • Active driving license,
  • Completed military service for male candidates.


JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Sales Executive" to be based in İstanbul.  The position will be responsible for the following tasks and duties;

  • Managing potential and existing customers,
  • Developing customer research strategies, researching potential customers and taking an active role in the potential identification of these customers,
  • Negotiate and collaborate with customers- stakeholders through business plannig process and provide commitment,
  • Preparing presentations for customer visits in line with expected targets, investigating their needs, finding solutions, producing projects to maximize customer satisfaction, company development and profitability ratio,
  • Developing and supervising  the after-sales service,
  • To act coordinately with the brand strategy,
  • Working closely with the logistics department, 
  • Reaching sales targets,
  • Analyzing and keeping track of competitors in the industry,
  • Finding the needful acts to provide the customers allegiance and apply them,
  • Managing overall sales processes.
