QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

E-COMMERCE MANAGER

 If you want to be a key part of the e-commerce team of Turkeys leading retail store chain, we invite you to join us.

 We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to join our Digital channels team. You will be responsible for the management and development of our ecommerce web site and mobile applications. Also, participate in other Digital Omni channel projects. If you have a commercial point of view and have a solution minded, positive approach to reach targets while managing and inspiring teams, this job is for you! 


GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 

  •  5+ years experience, in E-Commerce channel (web site, apps, omni channel) and operation management , preferably in a retail company 
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce, operational and technical processes
  •   A proven leader with a track record of achieving positive financial results and building best in class teams
  •  Content and campaign management experience 
  •  Customer services management experience
  • Team and Project management background must, category management is a plus 
  • Google analytics and Digital marketing experience (Google Adwords, Shopping, Criteo vs)
  • UX/UI design experience, Insider experience is a plus 
  • Digital performance marketing, segmentation and SEO knowledge 
  • Creativity and ability to think out of the box 
  • Forward thinking and strategic skills. 
  • Advanced level English and Excel 

JOB DESCRIPTION 
  • Responsible for execution of the E-Commerce development strategy
  •  Manage and execute digital customer acquisition and engagement of marketing channels 
  • Works in coordination with the marketing department of the company for planning and implementing the marketing plan 
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve E-Commerce strategies, enhance customer experience, and to maximize ROI
  • Builds strategy around online business parallel to company's commercial objectives
  • Content and campaign management with his/her team 
  • Developing continously customer experience and managing customer services team, analyzing customer needs and act accordingly 
  • Developing UX/UI design with partners, to enhance customer experience, implementing A/B tests
  •  Executes and tracks performance for marketing campaigns, promotions, advertising, and websites 
  •  Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability based on customer segmentation and customer journey
  •  Continously develop processes and UX/UI to enhance conversion rates and sales
  • Develop E-Commerce plans with quarterly goals and objectives to ensure business initiatives are achieved, working with KPI s, analysis and reporting
  •  Analysis of Google Analytics data, understanding customer segmentation and planning strategies accordingly
  •  Possession of a valid Class B driver’s license for use of company car assigned
