Job Description:

• Prepare analysis & investigate trends for key P&L lines at HR department using historical / other comparative data and provide value-adding commentary, on performance variances, applying deep analysis of the business.
  
• Complete monthly / yearly budget exercise for full P&L for all business, with the focus on the analysis of the changes and the impact on the P&L in order to drive action. Provide the output based on different scenarios.
  
• Prepare and analyze pre-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against targets.
  
• Understand / challenge business performance to develop corrective actions.
  
• Actively participate in the Decision Support activities 
  
• Prepare and issue periodical reports and KPIs 
  
• Prepare power point presentations for management to enable decision making.
