QUALIFICATIONS:

·         BS degree in Engineering Department (preferably, Electrical engineering)

·         Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position or site works

.         Very good knowledge in electrical systems such as lighting, energy distribution, CCTV systems, data systems, emergency announcement systems and electrical panel troubleshooting.

.         Avarege knowledge in mechanical systems such as AC(rooftop & VRF & AHU & Chiller), fire fighting and suppression systems(sprinkler lines & FM200) and ventilation systems

·         Proven managerial/leadership skills & experience

·         Will work in accordance with the company's rules and environment health & safety procedures

·         Analytical thinking, result-oriented, good communication skills

·         Able to work intensively in business, according the schedule, able to work at night times due to mall operating hours.

·         Good command of English both written and verbal

.         Strong technical skills and good understanding of technical processes

.         Strong communication & interpersonal skills and have attention for detail

.         Are collaborative, a team player and a quick learner

·         Currently residing or able to reside in İstanbul(preferably Europe side)

·         Have no restriction to travel

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Maintains EHS (Environment, health, and safety) policies and procedures

·         Preparation, reporting, and management of all maintenance and repairing activities

·         Maintenance budget preparation and follow up tender and contract preparation,

·         Management of subcontractors, ensuring all projects are in line with targeted operational results, time and budget

·         To define machine spare parts and provide continuous control with warehouse

·         Leading maintenance team and supporting all departments and plans for process improvement projects

.         Maintenance planning and scheduling (MP&S) Leads the scheduling and participates in the execution of the regular maintenance activities as prescribed in maintenance tasks.

.         Ensure the maintenance technical documentation is available and up to date

.         Drives performance through Loss elimination and continuous improvement Breakdown elimination. Ensures standard progressive maintenance monitoring systems

.         Works together with the team and maintenance group in order to analyse and execute the maintenance tasks to ensure the assigned line(s) are meeting the expected performance

.         Builds the capability of the team on technical troubleshooting and technical mastery through coaching and delivering on the job training. Ensure the completion of the established training plan.

.         Support the design team by drawing minör electrical projects and/or designing the neccesary equipment with them.
