System and Network Senior Specialist

• Knowledge of Public Cloud platforms: Azure .
• Extensive knowledge of Check Point, Juniper, Cisco, F5 branded Firewall and Network systems.
• Extensive knowledge of VMWare and Hyper-V.
• Advanced level knowledge of Windows Client and Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, IIS / Application Server, Clustering.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificate authorities (CA) and System Center Configuration Manager.
• Familiar with multitier architectures, web integration technologies, authentication mechanisms
• Strong analytical skills to resolve network and hardware related issues.
• When it is require, support for applications 24/7 .
• Setup and maintenance of backup restore and disaster recovery procedures.
• Experience in managing projects with multi-functional teams.
• Very hands-on as a technical lead.
• Strong customer service and management skills, accurate and logical problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Have participated successfully in large and complex network infrastructure implementations like new locations and expansion projects.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

We are looking for an "Network Senior Specialist" who is able to conduct the following processes;
   

• Builds, supports and maintains network, security systems, servers and storage infrastructure (both virtual and physical) and cloud platforms.
• Develops and refines server, network and security policies for system and network users.
• Creates backup and retrieval policies and assigns bulk storage.
• Documents post-incident response and root cause analysis and helps build and maintain IT knowledge base with thorough documentation of issue resolution.
• Communicates regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure system integrity and security.
• Provide technical ownership for the production environment and troubleshooting of application issues.
• Provides expertise, direction and assistance to fellow team members.
• Reviews new and existing system design projects and procurement or outsourcing plans for compliance with industry standards.
• Create accurate, reliable, and complete technical content including Knowledge Base articles, training documents, blogs, etc.
• Ensures that proposed and existing infrastructure architectures are aligned with organizational goals and objectives
• Develop and maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies.
• Train 1st and 2nd level support teams.
