Brand Manager

Mars Investment is looking for a Brand Manager to join our marketing team.

Mars Investment is a Turkey-based solution-oriented real estate ecosystem that specializes in project management, managing the international sales operations of some of Turkey’s most reputable developers. Having a pure B2B model, we also provide services for international real estate agencies that want to make sales in premium projects in Turkey.

Brand Manager will be responsible for managing the production and delivery process and operations functions for all adapt and creative projects quality of creative concept, design and artwork.

1. Full client ownership and coordination of the team to deliver ongoing adapt/creative/asstets across platforms.
2. Managing daily / weekly WIP meetings with the team.
3. Day-to-day management of relationship with the internal and external stakeholders and partner agencies ensuring smooth delivery and quality work delivered.
4. Managing and documenting the triage process for new projects.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years experience with multinational brands in an advertising agency.
2.  Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organize and build strong and effective working relationships.
3.  Highly adaptable to new procedures & systems, and ensuring that these systems are adhered to.
4.  Strong attention to detail and a passion to make sure quality control procedures are adhered to.
5.  Self-motivated.
6.  Collaborative team player, open minded.
7.  Driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player.
