• University degree in related fields
• Minimum 4 years experience in HR
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (Korean will be an asset)
• Basic knowledge of Turkish labours laws, social security and payroll management
• Able to work with multinational team members
• Has competence based interview techniques and assesment center experience
• Excellent MS Office applications knowledge
• Ability to act as a team player
• Self disciplined and motivated
• Good planning, organising and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

We are looking for a "Human Resources Senior Specialist" who is able to conduct the following processes;
  

• Being responsible for all performance management, training and development processes
• Take an active role in promotion processes
• Maintaining knowledge of organizational and departmental policies,
• HR reporting, tracking monthly HR strategy plans and supporting organizational development processes
• To be able to support the strengthening of communication and reporting with the Korea HQ
• Providing initial support and additional follow-up to employees for all HR related inquires
• Take active part in the revision/update of documentation and forms
