Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• More than 8 years experience in Management of Investor Relations
• Preferably having basic level licence for Capital Market
• Activities Having financial analysis ability
• Having knowledge of Stock Market and Capital Markets Board(SPK) 
• Supervising the legislation and functioning of the Stock Exchange and Capital Markets Board(SPK) 
• Participating in KAP notification 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Sharing continuous information to investors and senior management by closely following the sector and economic developments
• Preparing the documents to be submitted for the information and review of the shareholders regarding the general assembly meeting and managing the general assembly processes
• Contributing to the budget and other important processes of the institution and informing the senior management within the framework of the feedback received from the investors
• Reporting of sectoral reports and economic situation
• Preparing investor presentations
• Managing investor and brokerage relations and developing relationship plans 
• Observing the performance measurements for investors and taking necessary measures
• Monitoring of legislation and communiques · Analyzing financial statements
• Performing scenario studies
