Legal Affairs Manager

• Degree from a law school 

• Min.10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Global company / law firm 

• Fluency in written and spoken English 

 • Proven ability to develop sustainable cooperative professional relationships on all levels of the organization 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion and stakeholder management capabilities 

• Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with corporate personnel, customers, contractors, consulting attorneys, representatives from other organization and the general public 

• Ability to analyse corporate contracts, lease agreements, risk management issues and properly protect the corporation’s interest 

• High degree of resilience, follow-up, and organizational skills 

• Demonstrating analytical and logical problem solving abilities 

• High ethical standards, being a role model of business compliance and integrity 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

MARS CINEMA GROUP is Turkey’s largest cinema exhibitor of Cinemaximum. The organization aims to establish and operate the most diverse and innovative enterprises in the entertainment industry. 

 We are looking for "Legal Affairs Manager" who is able to conduct the following processes; 

• Provide accurate and timely legal counsel/advice and support to all areas of the organization 

• Lead any contractual or regulatory issues which require a legal input or consideration 

• Draft, modify and implement company policies • Collaborate HR to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations 

• Advising officials on government regulations and legal rights 

• Following up on daily basis and assess newly enacted legislation to ensure compliance with the requirements of such legislation. 

• Identify, quantify and report on legal & financial risks 

• Following Competition Law issues 

• Providing legal services in connection with the drafting of general business contracts relating to renting, copyright, finance, sales, and promotional programs 

 • Managing internal training on legal & compliance issues in the form of written summaries or oral presentations.
