• Bachelor Degree from a related academic institution (BA/BS)
• 7+ work experience, preferably in trade marketing, brand marketing ops., FMCG sectors, ideally in consumer products
• Strong at problem solving and project management
• Strategic approach and analytical skills
• No obstacles for travelling
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Optimal multi-tasking abilities - extremely organized and able to manage/prioritize simultaneous projects with tight deadlines and a high volume of work
• Advanced expertise of Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and presentation preparation. Proven proficiency in statistical software tools (preferably IBM Cognos)
• Strong writing skills, acute attention to detail

JOB DESCRIPTION

MARS CINEMA GROUP is Turkey’s largest cinema exhibitor of Cinemaximum. The organization aims to establish and operate the most diverse and innovative enterprises in the entertainment industry.

We are looking for "Cinema Marketing Assistant Manager" who is able to conduct the following processes in our Marketing Department;

• Boosting market share
• Premium format auditiorium marketing (Skybox, IMAX, Goldclass, Straium etc.)
• New opening marketing plan
• Developing seasonal marketing activites
• Developing customized marketing plan
• Providing marketing demands from locations (cinemas)
• Dining cinema (In-collabration with Brands)
• Develop by region/by customer promotions, incentive plans for traditional channel according to improvement areas, needs, opportunities
• Drive Consumer segment performance metrics in retail: market share and sales
• Sales-minded and has experience in analyzing data to build recommendations to improve sales trajectories
• Assessment of the effectiveness of the promotions by making pre-post analysis, ROI calculations
• Prepares and publishes periodical internal status update reports for activities and incentives to the marketing team and management
• Make field visits examine instore execution, observe instore improvement areas and trade promotions effectiveness and monitor trade environment & competitor
• Develop and execute effective 4P strategies based on Local success models and an understanding of customers, categories and consumers to maximise profitability
• Lead new product market entry and execution. Includes development of sales presentation/ materials and tracking/analysing 4Ps in-market implementation
• Gathers and curate insights to inform campaign development input, media strategies, and brand activations that meet customer needs
• Analyze launch, advertising and promotional program effectiveness through the sales data & communications with the field; make strategic recommendations to optimize resources and ROI
• Develop base business program P&Ls to ensure promotional KPIs are met
