We are seeking an
Senior Financial Controller to join our
Controllership team who will be responsible for all relevant financial processes mentioned below.
Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields,
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounting or audit experience,
- Turkish standard chart of accounting and tax legislation knowledge,
- Having CPA certificate is an asset,
- Excellent command of MS-Office Applications (especially MS-Excel),
- Experience in at least one ERP-system is an asset,
- Good command of written and spoken English,
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills,
- Team-player, self-motivated, rigorous and critical minded,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
İŞ TANIMI
- Preparing of all relevant tax declarations, both local and US GAAP Balance Sheet and P&L,
- Preparing of electronic statutory reports (e-book ),
- Managing relationships with the banks and other financial institutions,
- Assisting to all company statutory matters and regulatory reports,
- Liaising with auditors, managing the audit process and deadlines,
- Supporting monthly reporting processes,
- Carrying out fixed asset bookings and depreciation calculations,
- Preparing the cash flow,
- Managing accounting process with global offices,
- Being responsible for approving invoices/expenses in line with company policies,
- Keeping his/herself up-to-date with the changes in financial regulations and legislations,
- Preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliations and Cash Flow Analysis
- Prepare Inter-co invoicing and reconciliations.
