-        Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required,
-        Minimum 10 years of Logistic Management.
-        Knowledge/Experience in ERP and SAP
-        Experience in a manufacturing environment,
-        Knowledge of planning, material flow and internal logistics.
-        Excellent organizational and follow-up skills; competent in problem solving, team coaching, planning and decision making and ability to manage multiple priorities
-        Collabration with cross functional teams.
-        Proven project and time management ability, Analytical thinking
-        Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
-        No obstacle for travelling,
-        No military obligations for male candidates,

İŞ TANIMI

Key Objectives
To provide end to end responsibility for all Logistics (warehousing
and transport) allowing maximum operational flexibility according to
customer service, quality, HSE and cost targets for a specific site(s)
Key Responsibilities
· Responsible for the management of the Logistics budget
(costs, quality,service & HSE).
· Ensure all business logistics requirements are understood,
documented and met (includes Operating manuals, legislation,
regulations & HSE requirements)
· Development & Implementation of Logistics improvement
programs
· Ensuring timely and accurate availability of reports, metrics and
databses required to manage logistics costs and service.
· Local Contract manager for all 3rd party logistics services
covering the provisions of warehousing and transport, including
invoice approval
· Ensuring availability of required Transport / warehouse
capacity, including ensuring optimal transportmode is used
· Supervise personnel, including: development of objectives and
necessary training; review performance; and recommend
salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, hiring and/or
disciplinary actions
-        Ensure all Health & Safety policies and procedures are adhered to by all Team Members,
-        Manages the area with the appropriate communication of goals, performance feedback, correction active, and rewards and recognition to provide optimum employee relations,
-        Work with management peers help develop and maintain a positive work environment for all employees.
