Qualifications

• Minimum University degree in mechanical engineering or any relevant technical department,
• At least 5 years of experience in a production company for management of maintenance and engineering services,
• Excellent command of English both speaking & writing,
• Experience and knowledge of MS-Office programs, AutoCAD and SAP PM module,
• Willing to work in a team and manage contractor companies,
• Have completed military service (for male candidates),
• B Class Driving License,
• Result oriented, creative and eager to learn.

Job Description

• Develop and implement maintenance operation strategies based on AkzoNobel approach,
• Plan & lead the periodic maintenance operations and have the maintenance operations done properly for the facility,
• Monitoring, analyzing and reporting the key performance indicators,
• Diagnosing breakdown problems and Eliminate losses and increase machine efficiencies,
• Coordinating and managing spare parts warehouse,
• Lead energy management and creates saving projects (ISO 50001 certified preferred),
• Supporting projects in the areas of efficiency, safety, quality, improvement etc.,
• Follow up the maintenance processes and documentation,
• Manages maintenance budget including monitoring inventory and expenses,
• Monitor the development of internal and external guidelines, regulations and standards and ensure maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with these,
• Driving the process to establish equipment criticality; along the dimensions of rules and regulations, AN rules procedures, OEE losses, quality impact and cost to repair,
• Execute your work according to standardized (ALPS) work processes and continuously drive improvements,
• Facilitate disciplined and systematic equipment maintenance strategy development efforts; e.g by using criticality assessment and FMEA as well as Maintenance Effectiveness Analysis,
• Actively participate in the capital projects process including providing reliability input to the Engineering Group for equipment design, specification and purchase,
• Support Hazard Studies by providing reliability data of equipment and components.
