FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

The leading supplier of “process, packaging machines and control systems” is looking for Field Service Engineer to join a dynamic team. As Field Service Engineer, you will responsible for installing, repairing and servicing of Packaging, palette stretch wrapping, case erector, case sealing, Jar bottle filling, closing and inspecting machines.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• Execute service, maintenance and installation works on customer sites in Turkey.
• Assembly and disassembly of mechanical equipment for the purpose of repair, maintenance and installation at customer’s site, according to working instructions and quality standards set by Marti Engineering and the machine manufacturer.
• Performs in coordination with a team of service engineers and technicians, ensuring that work is completed on time and meet the quality and safety requirements.
• Attend trainings of equipment and processes according to company regulations to improve personal skills.
• Inspecting all operational, mechanical, electrical, process and quality aspects of the systems to report the executed job and documenting that according to company guidelines to assure improvement in Service.
• Reviews and evaluates service practices, suggest and implement corrective actions where necessary to improve the efficiency of the service performance level.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Engineering Degree or equivalent in Mechatronic, Electric, Electric/Electronic or Control engineering
• Preferably have experience in mechanical & electrical hands-on job
• Good in MS Office programs.
• Good command of oral & written English.
• Team player, highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership, analytical, communicate effectively both with internal & external clients with a customer oriented approach.
• Completed military service for male applicants.
• Willing to travel frequently.
• Valid driving licence.
