• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering  or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience (preferable in Automotive Industry),
• Involved in project commissioning processes before in the automotive sector
• Good enough technically at communication in English (both in correspondence and dialogue),
• Advanced MS Office skills,
• SAP knowledge is a plus,
• High level of business monitoring and responsibility,
• Ability to work as part of an international team, strong communication skills,
• Strong communication skills in technical environment,
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities 

• Working together with the Industrial Investments department in the qualification study of newly produced equipment,
• Implement Lessons learned applications are made to new projects,
• To identify alternative production methods for the solution of new designed line,
• Definition of process characteristics and process flow due to related product&process concept and requirements,
• Assist of Project Team to follow up the program requirements by participating related meetings with related team members and/or customers,
• Provide feedback to define machinary& equipment concepts,
• Preparing required machinary&equipments lists and following up the milestones with related departments,
• Leading and/or assisting PFMEA activities (preparation, review, actions, etc.),
• Organizing launching and installation activities of related machinary&equipments,
• Industrialization and optimization of process&product by related activities,
• Following up Process Capability and Run@Rate activities,
• Assisting Lay-out&Logistics optimizations and Process Instructions etc.,
• Following up related Program requirements; customer orders, production planning, organizing tryouts,
• Reporting detected problems and related outputs during the tryouts, 
• Responsible Time analysis (MTM) and capacity studies of new projects,
• To follow the causes of the changing process times and to keep the process times up-to-date,
• Supporting the process design, managing the determination of necessary equipment (jig, apparatus, mold, etc.), layout (layout), number of operators, and target times.
