Position Summary

As a member of the Core Program Team, the role of RFQ Management is coordinate of all RFI/RFQ activities till nomination ensuring adherence to the tight schedule.

Responsibilities Include:

As a member of the Core Program Team, coordination of any RFI/RFQ phase ensuring timely delivery by all departments of all Quote Assumptions and Information including but not limited to:

o Demand calculation

o Make/Buy Assumptions

o Procurement Strategy, Sourcing Strategy

o Manufacturing Footprint

o Adherence to Quality Requirement

o Design Verification and Process Validation plans

• Timely escalation of any risks or need for assumptions

• Report RFI/RFQ status to his/her senior 

• Hand over the RFQ and Nomination assumptions to the related project leaders (PM)

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years

• Excel required
