• Leading daily production operations.
• Managing and developing all the respective workflow process to ensure all production targets (Quality, Volume, Delivery in time, Cost) are achieved.
• Tracing Key Performance Indicator on safety, quality, production level / explore opportunities with necessary analysis for further development projects
• Support optimization of factory complexity, line/machine layout and design; Conduct workload studies as & when required
• Ensuring optimum machine utilization and product scheduling.
• Ensuring availability of working instructions, rules and guidelines for all productions sections, shifts or production lines assigned.
• Cooperating with concerned Project Management, Launch and other technical and support functions implement the manufacturing program
• Following trends in the industry and realizing benchmark activities

Requirements :

• Preferably to be graduated from Industrial /  Mechanical / Material-Metallurgical Engineering Department of universities
• To have a good command of English in written and speaking (at least B2)
• To have proficiency in using MS Office Programs,
• Technical Capability lean manufacturing methodologies – MTM – Capacity Analysis – Layout Studies
•  Competent and implement the Delegation & Escalation Processes
• Servant leadership; willingness to share authority and decision
• To have a researcher, self-confident and entrepreneurial personality,
• Being open to changes and innovations, showing an open-minded, flexible behavior
