QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

  • Create, develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and expand the company’s customer base
  • Create, build and lead a high-performing sales team via strategic guidance, industry insights, and sales training; while focusing on quantitative results.
  • Identify and evaluate new customers and channels to reach the targeted market position.
  • Determine the target export markets and establish a market entry model,
  • Plan annual, semi-annual, and monthly sales and turnover targets to ensure that these targets are achieved following the approval process,
  • Create annual sales plans and targets following country strategies and ensure that they are achieved,
  • Follow the activities related to ensuring and developing the continuity of relations with existing customers and keeping the information about the continuous customer and the market up to date,
  • Building strategic partnerships to align our goals, helping to secure new opportunities, and expanding into new markets
  • Observing the targets and risks related to existing dealers
  • Ensure the attainment of assigned sales quotas by leading the sales process, providing direction and recommendations to improve sales close ratios, conducting pipeline reviews, and providing weekly call coaching
  • To create a product portfolio and price list suitable for the market, to send the necessary, updated information and market/competitor information to the Marketing department to create marketing strategies related to its country, to help them determine the right strategies,
  • Establish a referral network with local businesses and find opportunities to maximize value from those connections

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree with an outstanding record of academic record
  • 2 + years of work experience in the export business, especially COSMETICS sector, with a strong network
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
  • In-depth knowledge of import/export regulations
  • Ability to analyze and distill data into actionable insights through excelling reporting skills
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines, drive pipeline, and ultimately hit goals consistently
