MAT Filtration Technologies was established to provide the highest possible efficiency equipment and services on water filtration technology. Specifically MAT was established in 2012 in Izmir, Turkey and was founded by fish husbandry industry experts. Our expertise in animal husbandry for over 35 years is our biggest competitive advantage. Furthermore we understand animal behavior and we know in depth the operational needs to run properly a facility. Our company develops and tests the equipment performance and ensures its ease of operation on our marine fish quarantine facility in Izmir. In addition we have designed our organisation to deliver successfully and on-time demanding projects in any part of the world. Finally MAT has developed to become a design, manufacturing and contracting leader in the field of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and specialty filtration technologies. Currently, we employ over 200 highly-skilled staff of multiple nationalities.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist for our growing company.

QUALIFICATIONS

· BS / MS degree in Marketing, Graphics Design, or related fields,

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Communication & Marketing,

· Excellent command of English both verbal and written,

· Minimum of 3 years, experience in Adobe InDesign and to be familiar with Canva,

· Problem solving skills along with a high degree of networking skills is a must,

· Experience in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator would be an asset,

· Editorial skills in English would be an asset,

· Willing to work extra hours when necessary.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Designing, managing, and maintaining all company’s printed assets (catalogs, brochures etc…)

· Gathering the information needed for printed assets from related departments,

· Annual planning, budgeting and organizing of international fairs & events within the industry,

· Organizing and maintaining the company’s digital/printed assets library,

· Preparing content for monthly newsletter,

· Paying attention to details,

· Managing and conducting marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in all sales & marketing related areas.
