Mechanical Design Engineer

MAT FİLTRASYON TEKNOLOJİLERİ AŞ.

• Solid Background in Mechanics of Materials (especially PP, PVC) , Mechanical Design Principles and Fluid Mechanics

• Professional with at least one of the mechanical design softwares (Solidworks is a plus).

• Familiarity with Manufacturing and Inspection Processes as well as mechanical piping applications

• 2 years relevant experience in product design and development with a solid understanding of the product lifecycle.

• Experience in manufacturing and assembly processes, particularly those of machining parts and assemblies.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Design Control procedures (DFSS etc).

• Familiarity with a Phase-Gate development process.

• Understanding of CAE tools (FEA, CFD, etc.)

• Demonstrated knowledge of applied mechanical engineering in product design and evaluation.

• Strong aptitude for hands-on engineering testing and experimentation in a lab/shop environment.

• Disciplined and well-organized in documentation (plans, requirements,technical drawings, design reviews, and test methods).

• Prefarably experienced in project management 

• Experience working with cross functional, multicultural teams globally.

• Preferably working knowledge of common and specialty engineering materials

• Possess excellent time management skills. Be able to take the initiative to meet deadlines and the ability to prioritize workload with minimal supervision in a team environment.

• Strong self-planning discipline and self-start to work.

• Strong written and verbal skills in English

• Residing in İzmir & working at Head Office
