Allocation Planning Supervisor

As a Allocation Planning Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for making the analyzes that will enable the logistics activities of the retail channel to be carried out in the most effective manner.

Responsibilities:

• Product distribution in line with the budget and growth targets of the stores,
• Following of stock levels, stock turnover speeds and capacities of stores,
• Monitoring the product flow (Initail allocation, RPT, Transfer ve Return),
• To make transfer works for retail stores on a weekly basis,
• Analysis of operational processes,
• Supporting the process development and improvement works,
• Creating alternative solutions to accelerate the workflow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from Statistics or Engineering field,
• 5-7 years relevant Allocation experience in retail preferably in fast fashion industry,
• Highly self-motivated and self-directed,
• Be open-minded to and receptive of other’s opinions,
• Highly collaborative working style in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment,
• Analytic, problem- solving skills.
