Job Description:

  • Responsible for assisting the operational processes of Mavi’s Loyalty Program to ensure flawless execution at retail touchpoints,
  • Carry out periodic analysis & reporting on CRM data. Regularly analyze customer profiles and their shopping habits; prepare customized reports accordingly,

  • Take part in CRM campaign execution, including its analytical processes,

  • Provide support in developing strategy projects and solutions in line with business objectives in order to increase the quality of the data,

  • Support customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement goals in line with Mavi objectives.

 Qualifications:

  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field,
  • 1-3 years of proven track of experience in CRM and email marketing,
  • Results-driven with exceptional detail,
  • Good understanding of database concepts and segmentation,
  • Detail oriented in every step of the campaign process and ensure that the results are communicated correctly with business lines,
  • Ability to multitask under tight deadlines,
  • A positive “can-do” attitude,
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel,
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills.
