For our fast-growing HR team we seek out “HR Associate/Retail” who will be responsible in supporting day-to-day Retail HR Operations of Mavi.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise regularly with Sales department to identify and plan recruitment needs of the retail stores,
• Attract high caliber talent at retail field, build network and talent pipeline, manage recruitment process of the responsible area,
• Analyze the retail sector and ensure Retail HR Strategy goes in line with Mavi’s talent strategy,
• Take active role in organizational development project of HR Retail staff,
• Follow up performance development of the retail sales employees, take necessary action in the identification of high potential candidates,
• Analyze and communicate with Sales Managers to manage career-path of field staff,
• Analyze and prepare monthly and yearly HR Retail Key Metrics reports,
• Take active role in termination of employment, legal and compliance duties,
• Perform other duties as required and assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field and at least 2-4 years intense staffing & selection experience, preferably in a retail company,
• Knowledge Labor and Employment laws is a must,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills following with the ability to build efficient relationships within and outside the organization,
• Ability to handle sensitive matters and information with diplomacy and confidentiality
• Ability to identify and solve problems,
• Strong influencing, negotiating, analytic and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to prioritize workload,
• Excellent agility in decision making and organizational skills.
