Overview

Mavi is seeking a motivated, sharp, energetic, organized and detail oriented professional to join the firm’s Organizational Development practice within the Human Resources Department. In this position, you will contribute to the effective planning, implementation, follow-up, sustainability and improvement of various HR processes and projects.

What You Will Need

• Work with Senior Manager of Organizational Development to assess organizational needs to determine the overall direction of OD projects and initiatives,
• Actively assist in the performance management and talent management process; support to build timelines, prepare resources, reporting and ensure all parties meets key milestones,
• Supports the design and implementation of organizational effectiveness programs such as employee engagement, succession planning, corporate entrepreneurship programs, employee recognition and award programs.
• Utilizes best practice data sources and benchmarks to evaluate current organizational programs, processes and policies,
• Assists to organizational planning process including creation of organizational charts, review of roles and responsibilities and job descriptions,
• Assists to preparation of policies, procedures, standards and documentation on the basis of integrated quality management system in the company.
• Help to follow up success criteria for organizational development programs, processes and procedures,
• Follows and ensures the standards according to HR guidelines,
• Perform additional duties, related administrative support and participate in special projects, as assigned.

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree from Business Administration, Psychology or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university. A master’s degree in related field Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources will be a great asset,
• Minumum 5 years of work experience, preferably in a multinational company,
• Strong business and Human Resources acumen,
• Teamwork, skilled at fostering synergies between HR Teams and internal customers to support an integrated HR delivery system,
• Demonstrated experience serving as culture and organization change agent in a fast moving, dynamic and results-driven organization,
• Must be self-directed and be able to manage competing priorities with an exceptional communication skill,
• Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills in an international environment,
• Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile retail environment,
• Excellent English language skills is must and essential.
