With the approach of “design carries the product to the brand”, Mavi cooperates with designers and consultants from all over the world and has a multi-cultural designer team based in İstanbul. Most famous and successful jean designer Adriano Goldschmied, queen of best-fits Venucia de Russi, Rıfat Özbek, who designed his first jeans collection for Mavi, Hussein Chalayan, who designed his first collection with a Turkish brand, are some of the world famous designers that Mavi has already worked with.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or relevant departments,
• Minimum 2 years of internal audit experience in retail stores,
• Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills,
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills to collect, organize, track and analyze data,
• Comfortable multi-tasking and able to deliver results under pressure and under tight deadlines in an occasionally non-traditional work schedule,
• Analytical: Very strong systematic and investigative thinking capable of diagnosing bottlenecks and optimizing day-to-day performance,
• Good command of English both written and spoken,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Having completed military service,
• No obstacle to travel,

İŞ TANIMI

• Executes store - audit assignments in an effective and timely manner and provides constructive recommendations to the management in order to add value to the Company,
• Prepares internal audit reports to Executive Management and the Audit Committee,
• Provides consultancy to the management in order to take necessary corrective actions on the open and significant audit issues,
• Follows up the action plan progress and ensures that recommendations are implemented in a timely manner,
• Performes requested ad hoc audits and assists in special investigations.
