GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

As Mavi we are sharing an opportunity to join our team as a Learning &Development Supervisor within our HR Team! The role will be primarily focused in key areas of learning and development but will also support the Human Resources by participating in various HR projects and supporting all areas of HR when applicable.


Primary Purpose of the Position

Supervise operational excellence though the deployment and execution of a standardized and comprehensive training programs. Ensure the quality and consistency of training delivery. Drives employee adherence to training program by monitoring and reporting status of training completion against defined targets of timing and performance.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise all Mavi’s learning & development initiatives,
  • Conducting end-to-end training needs analysis in line with the training budget,
  • Serve as an administrator and user support person for the SAP Learning Programs (LMS),
  • Track system changes and updates for a historical reference,
  • Create and prepare reports on training activities and results,
  • Create and maintain course content, manuals, or other training materials,
  • Work collaboratively with training companies,
  • Follow the market and innovations about training in line with the company needs,
  • Continuously improve and provide solutions to increase the effectiveness of our training program.
  • Determining the training needs and assigning the trainings in order to implement a developmental process and to ensure a continuous learning environment.
  • Managing employee life cycle focusing on employee experience; designing and executing development program.


EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related areas,
  • Job related experience minimum 5 - 8 years in HR learning and development,
  • Superior organizational skills, great attention to detail, possess, a keen eye for process improvements,
  • Excellent customer service skills, friendly communicator, written and verbal,
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
  • Continuous learner and thrives in working autonomously in a fast-paced environment,
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environment with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy,
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint),
  • Proficieny in written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrates strong learning agility with ability to handle multiple and changing priorities,
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Curious, eager to learn, innovative and positive can-do attitude
  • Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
