  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, MIS or related engineering fields.
  • Preferably 3+ years of software testing and business analysis experience
  • Knowledge and preferably experience in Computer systems, information technologies, SW programming languages, DB, development and testing tools and technical environments.
  • Have knowledge and experience on MS office (Excel, PPT, WORD), Visio
  • Prior experience in scrum teams is a plus
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Result oriented with analytical thinking capability
  • Self-motivated, able to self-improve, keen on learning new and complex Technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Curious, meticulous observer who executes test cases creatively and innovative
  • Able to work in a very dynamic workplace

Job Description

  • Define and document business, technical, functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, use case models, supplementary requirements, business rules by supporting business groups prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Document) and User Acceptance Test Documents ensuring that business needs are being met.
  • Prepare Business Analysis, Product-related and Test-related documents (BA Document, Test Strategy, Test Specifications, Test Environment Specification, Product User Guide, Customer Training Document, Product and/or Project Presentation Document, Drawings etc.)
  • Perform all business analysis and test activities (gathering requirements, translating functional and non-functional (performance, redundancy, quality, security) requirements to technical requirements, test scenario creation, functional and non-functional testing, User Acceptance Testin with business groups etc..) according to project schedules, procedures and project documentation, manage with ability to drive project tasks to successful completion.
  • Prepare and maintain test environments by the help of IT
  • Report and track test results, analyze results, and proceed with problem-reporting & solution actions (issue&track bug reports, prepare and keep up-to-date test processing reports, escalation reports etc..)
  • Prepare and perform test automation activities
  • Support development and maturation of new test modes&environments as needed
  • Support test environment maintenance, analysis, calibration and troubleshooting by the support of IT
  • Support business groups for UAT process as well as technical inhouse groups and vendors to provide troubleshooting, coordinate activities for implementation of solutions with inhouse groups and vendors. 
  • Coordinate development, testing, and implementation of solutions when needed
  • Attend project and business meetings, organize meetings when needed
  • Support Process, Quality and Training Departments' for managing their tasks within the scheduled projects
