QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics or related departments from a reputable university
  • 0-1 years experience in Compensation and Benefit, Total Reward management, or HR Budget Management
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (advanced level Excel and Powerpoint) 
  • Good knowledge of both written and spoken of English
  • Able to work as a team player progress with a cooperation perspective 
  • Able to work with solution and goal oriented 
  • Taking initiative and decision making skills 
  • Have a customer-oriented service approach 
  • Progressing with a detail-oriented perspective 
  • Open to feedback 
  • Adaptable to change quickly


Job Description:

  • Analyzing the reports received by providing data to wage researches, interpreting market data and determining the wage policy according to the needs of the company
  • Determine job grades of positions for all company business units in all regions using different Job Evaluation Methodologies
  • Implementing and managing annual wage increase processes
  • Following the department budget
  • Execution of compensation and benefits policy in accordance with the procedure
  • Review, analyze compensation and benefits policies/procedures and recommend changes as needed
  • Follow market trends in total rewards
