General Qualifications

  • Graduated from bachelor degree in related departments of universities
  • 1-3 years of experience in Contract & HR Audit
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Good team player with strong problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and good desicion making skills

 

 

Job Description

  • Auditing and managing contract processes within the company
  • Structuring, implementing and following up HR audit processes
  • Establishment of an internal control mechanism based on legal regulations and procedures
  • Conducting audits with specified periods and following up the actions that need to be taken
  • Determination of KPIs based on the liabilities arising from the corporate customer agreement, establishment and supervision of control and follow-up mechanism
  • Conduncting pre-analytical review and highlight risk areas for audit reports
