Graduated from bachelor degree in related departments of universities
At least 7-8 years of experience in Performance Management
Excellent command of written and spoken English or German
Good team player with strong problem solving skills
Strong communication and good desicion making skills
For male candidates must have completed military service
Making improvement studies for processes in the domain and generating suggestions / alarms for subjects that are not directly affected.
Designing studies that will contribute to the goals of the institution and department or support operational development, and provide resources and contributions to projected studies
Adaptation of successful examples and projects engaged in Turkey and abroad to Mayen
Designing, follow-up, measurement and improvement of processes related to the issues that are responsible
Designing, following up, measuring and improving the processes of related to the subjects that are responsible.
Creating and following -up performance tracking systems and managing the necessary premium setups to achieve maximum performance.
Following-up the balance between performance outputs and paid premium amount.
Making People Analytics evaluations of process outputs and making process improvements as a result.
Creating career paths and conducting internal communication studies necessary for adoption by the target audience
Checking monthly premium data and providing input to salary payments with 0 errors
Analysis of suggestions that will contribute to the performance monitoring process and their inclusion in the system
