From the date of establishment, our mission is to expand our clients, in accordance with International Auditing, Internal Auditing and Accounting Standards.

We are looking for a Assistant to join our Financial Due Diligence Services Team in Istanbul. The ideal candidates should have the following qualifications;

• Majors considered: Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Technical, Business Administration (Candidate must be a either a recent graduate and/or attending grad school)
• Fluent in English
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent team member
• Proven ability to learn and adapt to new contexts
• Focused on meeting deadlines with the highest level of quality
• Hard working, ready to take on responsibility
• Having no obstacles for traveling

İŞ TANIMI

• Analyze management accounts.
• Help to prepare financial due diligence reports.
• Provide support to management in the engagement planning and management processes.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationship with clients.
• Take part in different transaction services assignments (mostly financial due diligence projects, but not limited to it).
• Work on valuation, forensic projects, independent business reviews, finance modeling.
• Internship in audit or due diligence projects is an asset.
