To further strengthen and boost our activities in Turkey in the automotive, railway and consumer electronics sectors, we are seeking a
"Business Development Manager" based in Istanbul.
Qualifications : - Minimum BA / BSc degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent curriculum from an acclaimed Turkish or International university
- Min 5 years of sales experience in business development in automotive engineering or other technological sectors
- Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills
- Proven track record of successful team management
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Talent acquisition and recruitment experience required
- Ability to work under pressure in a highly dynamic environment, manage multiple and challenging responsibilities, meet urgent deadlines, seek and create new opportunities
- Advanced level of spoken and written English is a requirement, additional language proficiency in German or French would be an advantage
- Customer oriented, constructive, friendly service approach
- Freedom to travel as required by the role
- Flexibility in working hours
İŞ TANIMI
- Identify, contact, launch & develop new business in cross-sectoral manner with OEM’s and Suppliers in Automotive, Defense, Railway, Energy, Consumer Electronics and other relevant industries
- Increase company sales by expanding business in existing and new business
- Reinforce the recruitment process for new projects and services
- Organize, plan and execute measures for financial profitability and business sustainability
- Manage, guide and motivate staff working in new business
