MCAN Health is looking for Patient Experience Specialist to join its team in Istanbul to welcome and assist the patients coming from Spain and other European countries in Spanish and English languages. The candidate is supposed to make the translations from Spanish and English to Turkish language.

You are the right candidate for this position, if you:

·       are fluent in written and spoken English, Spanish and Turkish

·       make verbal translation between patient and the healthcare provider from English /Spanish to Turkish and vice versa

·       are university graduate

·       are extrovert, have a positive attitude and like to help people

·       have great organizational skills and persistence

·       are able to take initiative

·       have excellent command of MS Office programs

·       enjoy flexible working hours

You will be expected to:

·       send the patient itinerary and approval forms

·       assist the patient from the arrival time to departure time

·       provide translation when necessary between the patient and the doctor, MCAN’s Nurses, and the driver.

·       join a half day tour with the patient in Istanbul

·       make a short video with the patient to get his experiences and get the written patient review

·       first level after-care support
