QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Mebant is producing industrial foam insulation products since 1985 and has become the market leader in Turkey for industrial foam converting in the past years.

Mebant has direct relations with main OEM’s in Turkey and serves Automotive and White Goods manufacturers as both Tier 1 and Tier 2 Supplier. Besides the domestic market, we also export our products to major Automotive companies in Europe, North America, North Africa and even Far East countries like Korea and China.

                                

We are currently looking for a Customer Quality  Manager  for ourEskişehir factory.

 

The qualifications required for this position are as follows; 

  • University degree from engineering fields,
  • Minimum 5+ years related experience in automotive industry
  • Experience in IATF ISO/TS 16949 concepts and guidelines
  • OEM quality engineering experience such as Ford, Toyota, Renault and/or white goods industry experience with knowledge about Customer Specific Requirements will be considered as a plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations
  • Strong problem solving skills to address and resolve current and future issues as required
  • Should have very good level of MS Office skills,
  • Should have a valid driving licence
  • Fluency in English,

 

Main responsibilities will be as follows; 

  • Main contact with customer regarding quality issues at the plant.
  • Provide functional and administrative support for activities related to all aspects of the Quality Management System in compliance to IATF ISO/TS 16949 and Customer Specific Requirements.
  • Review and monitor corrective action activities for non-conformances. Ensure they are adequate and are ultimately implemented and closed.
  • Oversees Quality Assurance, providing direction, advice and guidance so that the departmental employees can effectively complete their assignments and consistently meet customer, company and department objectives
  • Facilitates corrective action teams (8D or 5-Why) to address defective quality in all products within the value stream.
  • Provide technical training to department personnel & evaluate the performance periodically and initiate improvement plans as needed
  • Follow-up of laboratory and validation processes
